Decently easy to put on and adjust. More comfortable to sleep in as it's pretty soft and not bulky like other braces are with hard, plastic supports. Can manage to walk across the room without removing brace. Woke up withouth pain. Would buy again.

I suffer from plantar fasciitis and achilles tendinitis. I have a more sturdy traditional boot as a night splint, which works well for giving good stretches, but is bulky in bed. This device keeps my foot in a 90 degree angle during sleep which prevents waking up with pain in my foot. It doesn’t however lead to a strong stretch, so if you are looking for an intense stretch overnight, this isn’t probably what you are looking for and a plastic night splint works better. But for keeping a very gentle stretch overnight, this is perfect and much more comfortable. After initial figuring out how to use it (it doesn’t come with instructions but the pictures on amazon explain how to use it) it is easy thereafter. The velcro is very strong and sofar it is holding up use well.

My podiatrist recommended I try a night splint and gave me some pics of what to look for. This one looked just like the $200 ones in his office, And it came in colors! So far I like the fit, feel and it seemed to support my foot right away. I am to use it for two weeks and report back to him.

I’ve been suffering from plantar fasciitis for a few months and purchased this product after recommendation by my podiatrist. I put it on before bed and can’t wear it all night, but also put it back on a little while before I get out of bed in the morning because that’s when my pain is the worst. This brace allows my foot to be at the correct angle to stretch, and it was easy enough to figure out how to wear it after looking at the item description’s photos. The bar inside th e brace is flexible depending on your needs.

I just recently found out I have plantar fasciitis, I was told I need a splint and chose this product. It’s very easy to wear, quality is great and has very soft fabric. It is very adjustable you can make it loose or tight. And it is very light. Definitely helps ease the pain on the next morning. For the price it definitely is a great product.

I have used this for almost a week now and noticed that in the morning the pain isn’t as badI like the way the black Velcro works and I can adjust it -The first night it was hard to sleep but then I adjusted the straps and slept better every night since then.This was recommended to me by a friend who uses it when she has flair ups. So far so good for me too !

UPDATE: After using for a couple months, I am not able to keep the straps adhered as tight as they need to be; therefore it is not stretching the foot adequately. Don’t waste your money on this!After using regularly for about a month, I have noticeably less pain! I just wear at night for 1-2 hours while I am watching tv and it definitely helps stretch out my foot for less pain. I tried to sleep with it a couple nights, but found it kept me from getting solid sleep, so just wear it now for a couple hours at night - it seems to be enough to help!
