A few reasons you might be having trouble getting connected:
1. Dust or a wonky fit might be mucking up the HDMI port on your display. Try giving it a clean before another go.
2. The memory card might not be seated right due to jostling during transit. Pull it out, pop it back in, then power up the device.
3. If the indicator light on the device isn't coming on, it could be because it's getting too much power, which might lead to burnout.

I was a little nervous with the lack of reviews but I am glad I got this console. I bought it for my autistic brother that loves retro games. The system is easy for him to navigate and has all his favorite games on it. The video and sound quality is great and I am really surprised by this system. Usually we get him a new cheap retro game system that he uses a few times and forget about but he used this system two days straight before going back and forth with his Xbox. I might even get one for me I missed Donkey Kong Country

This by far is one of the best purchases I have made!! I haven’t been able to keep up with the new tech games, so to be able to play some retro games from my childhood is AMAZING10/10 recommend
