This cup holder insert works great for my Tesla model y. It fits snug into the OEM cup holders and doesn’t come out when you pull a drink out like some of the other cup holder inserts I’ve seen.

It is Tesla's fault. The cup holders in Tesla are tight and they are requiring to use an insert since the insert would make it easier to clean and maintain. Some other car makers provide insert with their vehicles. Tesla didn't think it well.Using this insert would help mitigating a lot of issues and makes cleaning easier. The insert are making the cup holders smaller though and preventing using them properly. The small compartment between them is not fitting anything. I used to place my phone in the cup holder, now I can't. The phone won't fit (~6 inch screen). My sunglasses won't fit in the small compartment between the cup holders. Now my cup holders are almost useless...

This model seemed to have the most satisfied customers so I took a chance! Turns out the majority of purchasers were correct. A quality product that fits and provides a nice snug fit for all the cups we tested except the taller (Venti) or wider travel mugs. We know our bigger travel mugs are too large for most any cupholder and we'd rather have one that fits the majority of our cups than a really large one opening that allows your drink to lean all over the place. This is a "Keeper" in our Model Y!!

It doesn't fit a Stanley cup well. I have to force it in a little for it to stay. You also have to force it out a little. For regular starbucks cups, its great but I find the reusable cups do not fit well. Too lazy to return so we are just sticking with this.

Product is very well made and fits perfectly into cup holder spot for Model Y. One thing to note is if you are using any sort of cup holder expansion unit (for oversized water bottles) the part which inserts into the cup holder might have more difficulty gripping against the sides of this insert as it is made of a more slippery material. Otherwise I highly recommend getting it to make it easier to clean in case you have any spillage. You can simply pull the insert out, rinse and replace.

I am so happy with this cup hold liner for my 2023 Model Y. It fits in as if it were a factory part directly from Tesla (should have come with the vehicle). It fits snug into place (give it a firm press into place) so there is no lifting out with the cup. Greta product.
