This W10571738 Dishwasher Upper Dishrack Adjuster and Wheel Assembly is the part that if you need it..... then you really need it. There are four of these used in my Maytag Dishwasher. One of mine failed. The wheel separated and we could not use the dishwasher. This part is a direct fit for my old one.I did a DIY, and am including some photos. I AM NOT RECOMMENDING THAT YOU DO a DIY. This is only my attempts to get Dishwasher repaired. I removed the rack from the dishwasher (I found a video on removing Whirlpool/KitchenAid/Maytag Upper Dishrack Wheel Assembly WPW10254909). And saw the problem immediately. I decided that the best idea was to replace all four assemblies. My thinking is that the others may fail at any time since one has failed. Note that removing the end cap on the rack was the most difficult part. I have included the photos as examples of what a novice DIY did, again NOT instructions on doing a DIY.I like when a part fits like OEM and does not require hours and hours to replace.... LOL

Perfect fit for Maytag W10870811A on the right side of the sticker. W10870812A on the left sticker. Fits tho. No $450 service call.

Repairing a Whirlpool dishwasher—this piece had broken and the top rack was no longer secured. It was easy to install and fit perfectly. The part was well made and holds the shelf in place even when the dishwasher rack is full of glasses. Very satisfied!
