The eyes and backing pieces came tossed in one plastic bag, some of the sticky covers were off the eyes. The backing pieces are very cheap, not like the ones I've gotten from other sellers and not flat enough. The washers were tossed in another plastic bag. I separated them all and there were several washers missing.I just wanted the missing washers sent to me, but Amazon would only let me return everything. Since this is going to involve my driving to a store, it's not worth it to me, it's a pain to have to drive to a store for $12, the nearest one is UPS and they charge a fee for me to return the item...what's up with that?.

The eyes are okay but the backing is useless. They are to big and rounded to work. Everything arrives in one bag like others have noted and some eyes can end up getting scratches.
