The tires were very hard to get on the 16 inch wheel even after heating the tires in hot water. The installation tool was not what I needed to get them installed. Several round screwdrivers and another person to help was needed. However, after I got them installed, and centered on the wheel with the help of a block of wood and a hammer, they worked perfectly. Great tires so far but don't underestimate the work required to get them on. I would buy them again. Oh, and they fit my Jet JWBS16-133 perfectly so the work to install them was worth it.
