update 10-19-24 The company reached out to me after seeing my review.They apologized and refunded my money.I do appreciate them providing excellent customer service.I did reorder a second urn and it was perfect.purchased this urn for my sister so that she could use it for her son’s remains.However, the words were upside down and it was scratched.Im returning it to Amazon.
