The part works but it does not fit as received. You have to massage the wire through the guides until it will fit otherwise it will be too short. Once you do that it fits like stock. And turned off my warning light.

Do not buy. This part failed within 2000 miles. Tested electrically for continuity and there is an open in the circuitry of this part. Stick with OEM Here as it is not worth the risk of failure while driving. FYI I am an ASE certified professional automotive technician and 30 plus year BMW owner/driver.
