  • Yes, it can be used in bed as long as your skin is touching it. I recommend putting it on the bottom where your feet are, on top of the bottom sheet.

  • Yes, it will work providing your skin touches it.

  • You can put it on your desk and the keyboard and mouse on top of the mat.

  • I usually clean the grounding mat with a clean damp cloth and let it dry.

These grounding mats have been great to have in my office! I work with high school students who have experienced trauma, so grounding work is a critical part of their coping. The kids fight over the mats, so I’ll be purchasing others in the near future!!

I tinker with small electronics and wanted a nice size grounded pad to work on. This did exactly what I needed it to do. Best part was getting 2 for such a reasonable price. Its simple to use, plug it in and forget about it.
