Uh, their suspenders and they hold up your pants. Work great be sure to crisscross the back so they won't slide off your shoulders.

Just what I needed for my ECWCS Gen III level 5 and level 7 pants! Attach with a fold over Velcro patch that wraps around the straps in your pants. Tip: cross them in the rear to help keep them from slipping off your shoulders.These are Govt surplus and had the govt NSN tags on the bag xxx-xx-xxx-7026

this is the correct suspender for the level 7 gen 3 prima loft extreme cold weather static pants, these are size "REG"I am using them on size large and size xlarge pants I am 5-10,220lbs, there is enough adjustment both ways depending on your base layers.these are not easy to find. Jeff
