Apply the coating at a rate of 150-200 sq. ft. per gallon, using a squeegee for the initial application followed by back-rolling with a 3/8" nap roller. In high heat or humidity conditions, use an 18" roller in a dip and roll method to adjust for the faster working time.
Avoid application at temperatures below 40°F or above 95°F, and in conditions where humidity exceeds 85% or the temperature is less than 5°F above the dew point. Ensure proper ventilation during installation and curing.

Good product. It was close, but this was just enough to cover my 20x20 garage floor makeover project. This was the best price I could find online. Shipped super fast, packed well. All good.I researched the project for weeks; rented concrete floor grinder, 3 gallons epoxy base, 40lb full-flake kit, and this 2 gallons polyaspartic top coat. Came out AMAZING!

Used this to top coat my epoxy floor I just finished. Doing my shop (attached to my home) one half at a time. Some things you should know:-This product is thick and needs proper mixing. I stored mine inside and mixed it inside prior to applying which made it easier to work with.-FUMES. I wore a respirator while mixing and applying as the warning labels scared me quite a bit. My house smells horrible now. After doing some deeper digging online, there are quite a few people who have issues with the odor not going away after the quoted time frame. It smells like the big silver Sharpies if that gives you an idea. Very overpowering, as if you had one shoved into each nostril. I have the garage door cracked open (left it completely open while it cured) and windows open with fans running to ventilate it but it doesn't seem to help. I am a bit worried about the health of myself and my dog now. If the smell doesn't subside we may need to go stay at a hotel for a few days. The odor is so bad I regret installing it. I also ordered more than needed but Amazon does not accept returns, so not sure what to do with the extra.

A little more expensive than epoxy resin but dries completely in 30 mins so no dust gets embedded and does not turn yellow. I tried 4 "anti-yellowing" epoxy products and they all yellowed in a few weeks. This polyaspartic product is worth the extra money.

I purchased the US85POLY polyaspartic for my basement floor. I installed it over a primer layer of Resinus US100MVB moisture vapor barrier epoxy in our basement that has some moisture issues, mainly with moisture vapor coming up through floor. After the epoxy setup for about 6 hours I applied the US85POLY with Resinus light grey pigment, the coverage was as described in the product instructions. I flaked this layer to refusal with Torginol flakes, finishing late in the evening. With the 48 hour re-coat time I was able to skip working on the floor for a day and followed up with the clear top-coat around 32 hours later. This layer took more than expected, but I found that I was not very diligent with the flat squeegee and ended up with areas with too much poly. This is the first time I have ever attempted any floor coating so starting with 830 sqft out of a total 1450 sqft basement may have been a little much. I did all the work myself so it has been a tiring job, but overall am very pleased with the result. The smell of the US85POLY was more than expected but within 8 hours my wife, who is very sensitive to chemical vapors, was fine with it as the smell was completely gone from the house. This was in our basement that only has two of those small windows so my only ventilation was one in and one out with a fan in it. We did open some windows upstairs to let out any smell that lingered. Although I maybe should have, I did not wear a respirator during any of this process. As a comparison, I used a polyurethane caulk to seal around the inside of the rim board and blocks a few months ago, it smelled much worse and lasted for over two weeks...wife was NOT happy.Alexander at Resinus was very responsive and helpful through email with the many questions that a first timer would have. Thanks to him I had great results. I will definitely be buying more Resinus product when I do my garage floor next year.
