I was gifted one of these a couple of years ago and was shocked by how much my pie baking improved. Distributes the heat evenly for a perfect crust and filling bake. I just bought another for holiday baking. This is commercial quality. If you are baking in cheap metal or glass pans, switch to these. Your pies will be so much better.
