Driver installation:
--Plug PCERCN bluetooth adapter into the USB port of computer, the computer will recognize it, and the bluetooth icon will appear in the lower right corner immediately.
--Install the driver from the CD. (If the CD can't be used, please download the driver follow the method in the user manual).
--Restart your computer and your computer system should be compatible with the adapter.
NOTE: This Bluetooth adapter is only compatible with Windows devices. It is not compatible with devices such as PS5/ PS4/ TV/ Switch. Though, you can connect with PS5/ PS4 controllers via this bluetooth dongle from computer.

The device is automatically recognized and connected to your PC after the first connection.

I didn't realize this was even a thing! But this was super easy to install I literally just plugged it in and it automatically installed itself on its own! I was kind of weary about how low it cost but it had free returns so I took the chance. I was successfully able to turn my gaming PC into Bluetooth compatible, I can now use my Bluetooth earbuds if I want to :D I just wanted to write this quick review because I honestly was super impressed with the price when others out there are like $10+.
