I suggest not using the program in the instructions, couldn't get beyond the security on my pc - The microscope works very well using the old school VLC media player, loaded quickly and scope focuses just fine. Pleased with this purchase as now I don't have to use a jeweler's loop to inspect items.

Warning the app will not install without you giving up your credit card number! When I tried to go to the website to install it my virus protection said the site was unsafe ... Just warning everyone. Never got it to work waste of time and money.

The hardware installation for a new driver ruined my laptop. Had to do a backup recovery re-install . Worst decision to buy this product.

I'm using for my beginner coin collecting...great addition for the money to help me along. Its easy to use and the closeup of the coin is excellent.

When I order this for a friend, I did not realize that it was for use with a smart phone or a computer only and my friend is not very technologically inclined so they were not able to use it. But then I tried it out when I got it back from them to return it and I decided to try it out myself and I really liked it. I thought it worked very well not too hard to understand and said to download an app to use. so I ended up liking it

I like the price the shipping but you get what you pay for quality of picture are very low I will be buying another one should have just spent the 80$

I've tried everything and can't get it to work with my Samsung a13 Android phone.. I've downloaded both apps it says to and neither one will work. Can I give it 0 Stars?
