So I had to buy another set cause both Logitech headphones didn’t work properly. One the speaker went out and the other both speakers went out. I purchased this one and when I use the USB the headset won’t work. I am over spending large amounts of money combined to get one that actually works. Very disappointing.

I'm working on returning this item. The microphone doesn't work. I know it's a "cheap" headset but I made the mistake of not simply picking up a cheap one from walmart instead of whatever this is. My husband who is in IT troubleshoot the headset and said the cheap, poor quality connector was the reason why the microphone didn't work. Recommend skipping this product and just picking up one at walmart which will certainly work better.

Alright, so I needed a headset that didn’t make me sound like I was broadcasting from a tin can, and this one delivered. The mic is surprisingly clear, so no more coworkers asking, “Wait, what did you say?” every five seconds. Perfect for work calls, gaming, or just pretending you’re a customer service rep for fun.Comfort-wise, it’s solid. The ear pads are soft enough that I can wear them for hours without feeling like my head’s in a vice grip. The adjustable headband is clutch, especially if you’ve got a big head (no shame). Plus, the noise-canceling mic actually helps block out background chaos—dogs barking, kids yelling, the occasional existential sigh.It’s wired, so no Bluetooth freedom here, but on the flip side, that means zero lag or battery worries. Plug it in, and it just works. The only downside? The plastic build isn’t exactly premium, but for the price, I can’t complain too much. Just don’t expect it to survive if you’re the type to rage-quit and throw your headset.If you need something reliable for calls, meetings, or just blocking out the nonsense around you, this does the job without breaking the bank.
