Works well for troubleshooting USB-C connection issues. I basically needed to verify an adapter I was using had power to the correct pins before using the adapter to connect to a power source.

I tried to build a USB-C timer controlled buss power on/off switch. Unfortunately for me after I built the box with 5 volt relays and connectors it did not work correctly. Only then did I discover that the feed through connectors I bought were not using all of the required pins that I needed.

Good addition to the tool kit for the DIY folks. I can see where this would be handy for raspberry pi or andrino based devices and diagnosis if you suspect you have a jinky USB c port. I'm sure that there are other applications that I haven't thought of yet. Would recommend.

I'm starting to get into building things for GPIO and serial interfaces. Exploring USB 3 is impressively complicated. This handy unit allows you to use DuPont wires and test your creations before soldering. Protip: Use fishing line to help secure the wire without shorting anything out! Fishing line and a DuPont wire through the hole is a perfect size.If you have a use for this, it's perfect. Power and data delivery was on point and everything is labeled correctly. Great value for the cost as well as other units with a similar design are quite a bit more costly.

Bought this to check continuity on PCBs with USB-C connectors. Works as expected and is a much better solution than stripping wires on a USB-C cable and connecting them to a multimeter.
