This is supposed to thread to M1.2 x 0.25. Pitch is correct, however the outside diameter should be 1.15 mm but it is only, 1.07mm meaning nuts are very loose and the threads get stripped too easily

The divots around the edge for mounting into a handle are not even, so the die sits crooked.
