It is missing the spring it says it comes with it’s completely useless with out the spring I was trying to install this today I need the spring immediately

Not a bolt on product. I had to do some grinding and fitting to get it to work. Once I messed around with it, it's installed and no more chain throwing issues. Works but could be a better design to start.

Didn’t expect much of the product of price but it wasn’t heavy duty. The wheel wore out pretty fast.

Was able to use the spacers + a few washers to install and it works great! What I do (since the spring isn't really strong enough to hold the chain still when the engine runs) is just tighten the bolt that holds it down in the position I want so it can't move! I still keep the spring on there so that if it gets loose there's something to keep it at least a little tensioned, but I mainly keep it firmly tightened. A bit ago I got curious as to how much wear there was so far and was shocked! The chain had completely worn the plastic into the perfect shape of the chain(which explains why I was finding plastic-dust all over where my clutch is😅)! I doubt it will wear much more, but it was kind of cool to see that the chain was able to wear such a perfect grove into the tensioner wheel to the point it looked like someone had shaped it with a lathe! So far I like it, and for the price, I think it's as good as it can be.Update: 😳... not only did it chew straight through the roller... it chewed half way through the METAL!!(still in the perfect shape of the chain😂)

It was exactly what I was looking for. I built an electric beach cart and the chain sometimes slipped off. This was what I needed for my application. Had to make it work for me but its a great product for the price point.
