M6-1.00 x 20mm Hex Flange Bolt, Non Serrated, Grade 10.9, Zinc Yellow Sold Here in a package of 25. Non Serrated Flange Bolts, also called Frame Bolts, are used heavily in the automotive industry. The large washer face provides a wide bearing area, which keeps fastener tight longer than with a normal hex bolt and minimizes damage to object it is fastened to.

I needed new bolts for my 2002 2500HD transmission pan with a 4L80E and these fit perectly.Looks Great and I feel confident they will not rust like the stock ones did.Length was perfect as well where other bolts I found online that were "recommended" were too short.

I replaced the drain plug on my riding mower transmission after I stripped out the OEM 8mm plug and had to drill and tap a larger hole. These flange bolts worked perfectly. The only other drain plugs that I could find in this size had magnets in them, which ordinarily would be preferred, but I needed to cut the bolt down to size because of clearance issues. Long story short, this bolt was perfect because I could easily cut it with a hacksaw, and the bottom of the flange is smooth and not serrated. I paired this with an aluminum crush washer and it worked out great.

I was able to use these M8 120mm x 1.25 bolts to replace the motor mount bolts in my Grom clone (Taotao Hellcat 125, but I assume Vaders and other clones use the same size bolts). The original bolts, one 110mm and the other 120mm, were marked "12.9" and one of them (rear, 110mm) broke causing a nasty rattle and vibration.I think you could use either the 110mm or 120mm bolts to replace both of the originals (no need to buy a pack of each length), but I wanted room to add extra washers and locknuts if I wanted, so I opted for the 120mm bolts. This has the advantage of a longer unthreaded portion, and the bolt that broke on me did so right in the middle of the threads. I also added some rubber washers I made from fuel hose to help dampen vibrations and maybe prevent another breakage. A couple of weeks after replacing the broken bolt, I also replaced the unbroken one and added some washers, which seemed to further reduce vibrationI torqued them down to about 20 ft-lbs since this seems to be a typical assembly torque for M8 1.25 fasteners. This definitely didn't seem too tight, and they'd probably be fine at 25-30 ft-lbs, which I may try in case it further reduces vibration - after all, I have 5 of these things if any of them break. If they ever break on me, I'll try to remember to update this review, but these bolts seem just fine so far.

Nice bolts no damaged threads on any and no discoloration or anything wrong with coating, I wouldn't use them as exhaust manifold bolts I did on my Cummins and the coating got all jacked up but other than that they are still working fine
