  • Crystal Clear & No Yellowing New high gloss UV resin, after curing, the resin is like crystal, smooth and bright. At the same time, we have added a strong UV inhibitor to enhance the yellowing resistance of the UV resin
  • Fast Cure & Hard Type UV Resin has a short cure time, no mixing is required, and it takes only 2-4 minutes under a UV Resin lamp to see it transformed into a strong, durable finish immediately, without waiting for hours
  • Safe & Low Odor: panda resin has been dedicated to the resin field for many years, prioritizing safe and green materials so that you can immerse yourself in the resin making process without having to worry about any unpleasant odors
  • Wide Range of Uses: UV resin has a wide range of uses, and can also be mixed with pigments, mica powder, etc., to get the effect you want (note that adding too much colorant will prevent the uv light from entering the resin and thus prolong the curing time). Great for making jewelry, earrings, pendants, keychains, rings and other small DIY projects

If you want a quick, cheap way to try out resin this is a good start. No mixing, just a UV light. That being said this is a simple little nail light and if you wanted to get more into UV resin I would get a stronger UV lamp. This one works but it definitely takes longer than the time listed. The lamp has 2 time settings: 60 seconds and 120 seconds so it is easy to leave it to set.

I use this as a super glue replacement and to repair or modify 3d prints.Cures hard so it is easy to sand smooth.Plenty of resin for the price

This Panda Resin kit is a fantastic kit. You get 3 bottles of 100g each with fast curing uv resin. Then you get a uv light which has legs so you don't have to hold a flashlight - awesome! There's other assorted pieces, some cups and sample jewelry molds.I use uv resin for action figures and 3d resin prints. These bottles have nice small applicator tips so you can regulate small amounts. The uv lamp does a fine job, and once you set it up you can wait the 2 to 5 minutes and you'll be good to go.I didn't experience any issues, but I didn't try to make jewelry pieces. For my uses, filling gaps and holding pieces together with a bond, it works great and makes a fine starter kit.

We have done other kits that you need to mix, so we were excited to try one that will not take days to dry and will also not need to be mixed. The kit came with everything needed. The light used a USB cord so you need a plug that takes a USB.The instructions say you need to leave it under the light for 2-4 min depending on how thick it it. This would be easy if the light stayed on longer than 60 seconds before turning off. This was a little frustrating but more frustrating was that when taking it out of the mold after having it under the light for 4 min total it was still a little sticky. This was using the mold that came with the kit.In not sure if the fact that it was not consistent light or what but its not what I was expecting.

I am fairly new to UV resin, but am a long-time user of epoxy resin. I don't know, therefore, if I somehow failed this resin or if it failed me.I used my own molds and my own UV light (a Let's Resin product.) I poured two clear layers. I often do that with epoxy, not sure if that's typical with UV resin. I exposed the first layer for 2 minutes, added dried flowers, filled the molds to the top with the final coat (considerably more resin than I used for the first layer) and then exposed them for 3 minutes. When they came out of the UV light they were very warm but dry and hard. I unmolded them and allowed them to rest for about an hour and a half. When I went back to them I found a few pronounced bubbles which I will take the blame for. The instructions indicate allowing the resin to sit for 5 minutes prior to exposing them to UV light, to allow the bubbles to pop. I did not do that. They had some bits of cured resin hanging off some edges where I’d poured a little bit over the top of the molds. So I grabbed my deburring tool, as I do with my epoxy resin pieces, and attempted to get rid of the rough edges of the pieces. Holy smokes, this resin gets hard as a rock. And I’d want that, but it made it very difficult to deburr the edges. I also use a deburring blade to clean out the inside of the holes prior to inserting jump rings. But the first piece I did this with shattered at the hole. Pieces of hard resin flew across the table. I have NEVER seen this happen with epoxy resin, so was stunned. I figured, huh, maybe there was an air pocket right next to the thin amount of resin around the hole. But then it happened again, on the very next piece I tried to deburr , in the same way and in the same place. My primary reason for getting this UV resin was to use it to firm up and anchor small pieces that I’ll be using in larger epoxy resin pieces. I’ll need to do some more testing before I can comfortably commit to using this as part of a larger project, though. I’m willing to keep trying with this, and will revise my review if I find that this fragility and brittleness was due to my lack of understanding of how to use this resin.

Product packaging itself was open and pieces are missing. Thankfully the light is there so I guess I'll be able to use the resin itself and try it out, but I am really bummed the pendant molds, mixing cups and silicone stir sticks are all missing. I was looking forward to making some pendants 😔. For now I will give it 3 stars until I can figure out what to do with it now. Hopefully I can use the resin for something else satisfactorily.
