inside is relatively soft plastic, with minimal cutout for stud flanges - this worked good for me, as I needed to place on a flat, instead of round shaft, for a push-button replace - but could be issue if used with rotating control with end-stops - could see this shearing out easy.

Description says 6mm knurled knobs. Like the other review it is for 5mm pots. See picture. These will be returned.
