I purchased this for use as an attic door pull. It looked great, but the chain snapped the first time I tried to use it (both of them). This was not meant for heavy duty usage, but would be perfect as a lamp pull.The brushed brass ball at the end was surprisingly heavy and really looks nice.

We just purchased a new home and there are a few pull chain lights with thread attached - these make such a great upgrade! The set also allowed me to make one much longer cord with the high ceilings.

I hooked both pull chains together and used them to replace the old rope for my attic door in the ceiling. It looks nice. I’m not sure about the durability and/or longevity, but I’m happy with the look.

I bought these for a diy project to recreate a floor lamp from CB2 at half the cost and they looked great!It was exactly what I was looking for. They are heavy and the color was perfect.
