Had to replace some old, crusty coolant lines on my miata. Used these instead of the generic hose clamps. These worked much better for my application & look nicer, too.

Honestly, they do what it says on the side of the packet: hose clamps clamp hoses, but only in the 10-12mm range, mind you. Don't get greedy. Clamp well, clamp often.
