My calipers measure this as close to 3mm inside the attachment end. Doesn't fit my 4mm rods. Specs are wrong. Don't recommend! I would have returned them but I'm 1 month out of my return window.

Went to use this product pulling in some wiring and once we started to apply some tension the unit stretched and lost it shape. It was a total loss, so I would not recommend this product when pulling in electrical wiring, maybe data cable.
