Advertized +/- 10%. Bought a quantity of 16 to refurbish a 40 y.o. mixer. Average tolerance of pots was +/- 4.6% - however two units clocked in at -15 and -13% (kinda useless to me for this application). Majority of units came in on the -ve side (11 of 16 below 10k, 5 of 16 above). If you have tight tolerances be wary.
