Information
- Machine taps are suggested to be used with tap collets with overload protection. Hand use or electric drills use is easy to cause breakage to the tap, so it is not recommended.
- Use with tapping oil to get higher quality thread and more durable taps. Cutting oil is lubrication, cooling and anti-sticking. Be sure to select the appropriate cutting oil for complex tapping process and apply anti-rust oil for maintenance after use.
Die Stock Handle Wrench
The die stock fits round dies. The die handle wrench can help to repair damaged bolts and threads or just remove bolts and threaded rod.
Easy To Use
The positioning groove of the die should be aligned with the fastening screw in the middle of the die wrench, and the screw should be inserted into the slot of the die and tightened.

Tips for Round Dies
- Suitable lubricating oil is conducive to cutting or cooling, making cutting more brisk, improving smoothness and dimensional accuracy. It also can help to extend the service life of tools in tapping operations.
- It needs to be reversed every 1/4~1/2 turn to facilitate the chip discharge from the chip hole.

Jammed an engine oil pan bolt in at an angle and messed up the thread at the beginning. Shipped overnight and it smoothly rethreaded the bolt and the hole. Bolt looked like new. 3/8”-16. Did the job nicely.

Spent 1.5 hours threading a rod with a Harbor freight die and all it did was round the rod. This tool literally took 5 min, perfect thread. It costs as much as the price of a whole tap die set at Harbor freight but you get what you pay for.

I am actually blown away at how well this die set works. I wasn't expecting much at the price point from a unknown manufacturer but wow am I impressed.Threaded 3/8-16 threads onto a 3/8" stainless rod. Ground a bevel to start and once it grabbed nothing stood in its way. Cut through the stainless like butter. In comparison to the mastercrap, this die is on a whole other level. Took my 2 hours, multiple attempts and blisters on my hands cutting 2 end on the first stainless rod using the mastercrap dies. Thread the first end in 2 min with little effort using the amazon die.Would 100% recommend/buy again!

This is the best tap & die handle I’ve ever used. It feels solid and appears to be well made. I like the larger diameter handles and the fact that they screw further into the holder than other ones I’ve used. Also, it has multiple set screws to hold the die firmly in place. Great product!
