These work great. They are small so check you dimension needs.

I used them for creating an Arduino open platform RC transmitter and they work great, low profile and easy to fit in a project. Plus if you have a 3D printed you can even find little stylish knobs to print that will snap on top of the slider.

Works well but came covered in a thin layer of grease and very little instruction could be found. The pins are not properly spaced for a bread board but if you push hard enough they’ll bend into place.

Some reviews seem to be for different products; at the time of writing this listing is a 5 pack of 100K Ohm linear slide pots. Of the 5 received, actual resistance measures at 98K, 107K, 108K, 108K, and 112K Ohms and the taper is linear as described. The blade shaft is black and made of rigid plastic and the mounting holes require M2-.4 screws.

Did not fit a breadboard without forcing pins to bend. Pots are not linear, they're logarithmic. They have a dead zone at the end of the track, and even at stable, there is a ton of noise in the signal. A complete waste of money.

The pins have the standard size and spacing to work on solderless breadboards. A quick check with a multimeter indicates they provide the advertised range, from less than 5 ohms at the low end up to just past 10K at the high end--better tolerance than a lot of regular resistors. The slide action has a nice smooth feel. One of the ones in my pack had some lubricant all over it, but it wiped up easily and works just as well as the others. For a finished project, you might want to find or fabricate some caps for the slider, but they're fine as-is for prototypes and experiments.
