6063 Aluminum Round Tube
Seamless Construction - The surface is smooth and seamless. It is available in an extruded structural or a drawn seamless aluminum round tube for precision applications. The aluminum tubing can be polished.
Notice: The surface of the aluminum tube probably would be oxidized, which is a normal characteristic of aluminum. However, it does not affect its use. If you need a beautiful and perfect appearance, it is recommended to grind the surface.

These "sleeves" for 1 5/8" rail,while seem to be decent quality are way way too sloppy,way too much space betwwen the rail and the sleeve,at least an eitgh of an inch,yes they state there is some space in them but unless you wrapp the rnds of your rails these things fall right off

used a pipe expander and bumped this out to 40mm ID so it was flared, cut it and used it to attach to the end of my carb on dirtbike as a custom flange fitting. Good product for what I needed it for. about 1.5mm thick wall
