- When wiring, do not energized, strictly according to the wiring diagram.Sensor wiring: brown--Power+; blue--Power-; black--signal.
- Only metal objects can be detected, especially for iron metal can be better detected, but the choice of non-iron metal, the detection distance will be greatly reduced.

This was installed in a 3D printer for z-axis measurements. It has a ~4-5mm trigger distance from my build plate at 24V. I don't expect stellar durability from such a cheap product (you get what you pay for). So I'll update this review if/when it dies prematurely. But so far so good!

4mm approach? Ya, absolutely no way. It triggers at maybe .5 if you are lucky. I am pretty disappointed with this sensor
