A carbon brush is a component used to conduct electrical current between the stationary and rotating parts of a motor. In a generator or motor, the commutator rotates on a shaft and the fixed carbon brush rides on it to permit the flow of electricity and complete a circuit.WE ,UXCELL MRO team,will provide more than 10 types of carbon brushes to meet your need.

We provide more than 10 types of carbon brushes for you. Please check the size ,type and terminlas of your crabon brushes. You could ask us for recommendations, if you can not know how to figure it out.
Know your need
Generally speaking, it's time to replace the brush if the motor isn’t running on full steam or is not running at all.
It's normal for small sparks to appear when the brushes rub against the motor’s armature, but excessive sparking could mean you need new brushes.
Use the suitable measuring tools
Please meaure all dimensions before take an order: Length-Width-Thickness by measuring an unused sample with vernier caliper（not ordinary rulers）
Notice
Get the correct carbon brushes for your appliance by finding its model number or its size.
Any appliance should be completely isolated from the electrical current before replacing the carbon brushes.

They worked very well to replace the worn brushes on my Harbor Freight blower/vax. Be sure to make precise measurements. The fit needs to be tight to keep the brushes in place. I'm set for any future replacements with the 5 pack of brush pairs.

Used this to repair a broken engine cooling fan. Worked perfect. A few dollars in brushes to repair or $70 to $200 or more for a new cooling fan. Easy choice.

Got these to rebuild a sunroof motor where the old brushes wore out. As others mentioned the wire connection can pull out and i checked a few to make sure to make sure I started with a good connection. One out of five pulled out. These sand down easily to make the brush size you need.
