I got this because it says it works with my vehicle, a 2007 Mazda 3. The product however is short by 2 inches and doesnt read the oil level accurately. This is the second time ive purchased an oil dipstick for the 2007 Mazda 3 from different sellers and it says its compatible when in fact it isnt.

Measurements are not as layed out. Item does not match the original manufacturer's of the car. It's about 2 inches shorter than original

Bought this to replace the broken one in my 2011 Mazda 3. It’s almost 2” too short and barely reads any oil if any at all (probably only reading residual in the tube itself). Had to send it back and just go to the dealership for correctly made dip stick. Not worth the savings.

"The black dipstick is the original for my 2010 Mazda CX-7, and the silver one I just received is almost 1.5 inches shorter. It doesn’t reach the oil level, so it’s unusable for this model."
