Screws provided sit proud of the face of the flange, despite being machined to allow them to sink in. This is the surface that the legs will tighten against, so you don't want a loose leg. I used #6 screws and they fit just fine. Otherwise the rest worked as it should

After being sent the wrong item, I was sent the right item. Except there were 9 instead of 10 T Nuts in the package. It came with screws, but the screw heads are too big for the hole in the T Nut and it doesn't sit flat. And if the screws don't go in 100% straight as they might do in weird bottom of furniture wood, they stick out even weirder and you won't be able to screw in your furniture foot 100% and might damage top of foot when you put pressure on it. I used these wide flat plastic washers to protect or bufftrr between the screws and the feet; they came with the feet I had, not this T Nut and screw product.

I was refinishing a table and a leg fastener piece snapped in half. Whatever fastener was used was more like a brittle, plastic type of "metal". We replaced them all with these fasteners as they are actual metal and quite strong. Highly recommend for building a table or refinishing one.

Worked great for a couple of stainless steel poles I use to hold a table in place. These are much more secure than screw in inserts but they are more noticeable unless you can recess them between two boards or under the project so each has its place.
