You would think on a product like this you would reasonably be able to, but no. I needed these to be able to mount my Cintiq tablet onto my monitor arm properly but the darn washers made it too short and are impossible to remove.Go buy one of those big plastic sets or what you need at a hardware store instead. Actual waste of money.

These screws are what is used on 99% of the CB's and Ham Radio bracket mounts. What I like the most is the captured flat washer that is already on the screw, and they have a Phillips head unlike some of the bracket screws that are hex head and even worse, torx head!!! You can add a lock washer if you want, but I personally prefer to add a small O-ring or rubber washer on the screw to insure that it stays tight.

They're screws. With spring washers. Nothing to really say about these other than the pricing isn't too great at a dollar per screw. But, they do exactly what they're supposed to.

Even removing the crush washer and the washer these are too short to be used with Ryobi belt clips, need a 10 or 12mm length, otherwise product is fine but the way amazon is pushing them together is wrong.
