I have used VacuVin for many years long enough my corks were getting worn out. This version works as well, perhaps slightly better. The only negative is it came with only one cork so I had to make another separate order to get more. One is never enough.

I really like this piece of kit as I quite often have a half bottle left and maybe a few days before I get to continue with it.I have found that pumping a few times more than the stated amount can help my red wine last 10 days with no deterioration in taste.

I was able to keep a wine bottle fresh for almost 10 days! This is the perfect tool for the solo wine drinker. I'll no longer have to pour out spoiled bottles after 4 days.However, the sand color looks different in person. It looks more like a kitchen tool that used to be white but turned that yellowish tan color over the years.

These pumps actually work and keep your wine OK for up to a week after opening - when you are a sole drinker. This one, in paticular, is very cute looking (the pastel "Miami Beach" color), and goes particularly well with terracota wine-coolers. Otherwise, it's rather incomprehensible to me why a couple of adults can't finish a bottle of wine over dinner and need this device in the first place.
