This product is a waist of time and money for pick and place surface mount components. Failed on all sizes from 0402 through 2512 and not one SM semi package.

Not sure if it was damaged on transit or factory defective, but clearly the rubber is very thin and suspect won't last for long.Returning it.

These seem to work ok for what I got them for (placing small glass pieces) BUT 4 of them arrived bent over. If the company was trying for curved applicators they failed IMO. The rubber suction tips also had a hard time staying attached.

I don't know if it will work on its own because I bought it for the tips to replace the ones I lost for my 932 (Aoyue version). Short answer: They work! So if you lost your 932 tips don't bother trying to find replacements because these will work just fine and you get two sets including metal lure lock tips!4-stars because I couldn't verify the whole system, just the tip (which would get a solid 5 stars just for being a very suitable source for lost tips!)

The description wasn't super clear, so I was afraid that there was a chance that this wasn't a two-pack... but indeed it was a two-pack, and there were multiple tips, as described. Also, pay attention to the dimensions. These photos are high quality, so it may be hard to tell how small the units are. It's not an issue for me, but something to be aware of.When using the smallest tip and trying to pick up very small components (0804 resistors and caps), the components would stick to the inside of the rubber pad, resulting in it being nearly impossible to place the component. You could pick it - just not place it! These might work if you finesse it just right - but ultimately, for small components, it's easier to use a good grade of tweezers (Erem or similar).
