I purchased the double set. Product is exactly as described, well built with quality materials and fits very comfortably with extra space over the legs while sitting up in bed. I’m 5’9” and 160 lbs. Size of the table top is just right allowing a 10” plate, 6-3/4” side plate, drinking glass and silverware to fit OK. I definitely recommend and would buy again.

Legs stay in place and pivot bolt may be tightened. Quality control should be improved.

This tray arrived shrink wrapped but still COVERED in some sort of dust/film underneath. It smelled awful and I had to wipe it down with wet paper towels many times to get it clean and ease the smell a bit. I’ve since cleaned it many more times and am more confident in using it as a tray for food now.While wiping it down I did get a few small splinters in my hand as the edges are very rough. I definitely wouldn’t recommend for younger children because of that.As you can tell from the first photo, though, it looks very nice sitting out, and I love the small ledge around it. My teenage step daughter recently had ACL surgery and is using the tray to build legos. It’s a perfect size, height, etc so nothing falls off and gets lost in the sofa!

I had a double mastectomy due to a breast cancer diagnosis. I needed a table like this since I had to be in a recliner for 2 weeks after surgery. I purchased the smaller size & it was perfect for eating my soup, journaling, & anything else I needed it for! It is very sturdy (not sure why other reviews say it is not) and the foldable legs are great when not in use. I highly recommend!!!

I got this VaeFae Acacia Bed Table Tray thinking it’d be nice for the occasional breakfast in bed, but now it’s become my all-in-one setup for everything from snacks to my laptop. The acacia wood is beautiful—rich color, smooth finish, and it actually looks stylish sitting on the bed or couch. The folding legs make it super easy to set up and pack away, though I’ll be honest, I end up leaving it out most of the time because it’s so handy!It’s sturdy, too. I have recently had a knee replacement, this is high enough, so that it is not resting on my wound. This is why I purchased it and have been using it for 3 weeks now. The one gripe I do have, it that it is a tad to deep to comfortably rest on my the cushions of my sofa, however it does the job. I'm recommending this for people in a similar situation.
