While it is lighter weight fabric its only SLIGHTLY cooler to wear than other thicker long sleeve FR’s, for the price I still wont be buying again as it started coming apart after only about 5 washes, even my lightweight ariat’s lasted much longer than this but for the price lately Ive been liking the quality and long life/durability of carhartt which id gladly pay extra for even if they are a thicker fabric I dont feel the difference in how much cooler/hotter one over the other is even for hot weather/summer use
