Great hammer but not the same as the picture. It has thick black paint on the hammer head with a clear coat over top it it.The handle finish is actually good but I wish the head was not painted.

I had purchased one of these about a yr ago loved it . I recently broke handle being to aggressive pulling nails so I ordered another this one has a straight handle not nearly as comfortable. Same head . I'm disappointed but still using it.
Everyday go to finish hammer. None like it

This is a really nice hammer especially for the money. Only thing is mine came painted black and not polished like the picture. Not a huge deal...still a great hammer. Would buy again.

16 oz trim with curved handle. I love these hammers. I do trim and cabinetmakeing. Bought my first one over a year ago to do trim with (stays in the van). Just got another to use in the shop because I like the feel and balance of these so much. Both of mine came clean and polished, no handle issues.

The hammer arrived when promised, but was different from the picture. The handle is as shown with embossed emblem but, the head is painted black with a white lithograph sticker saying DALLUGE. * not cast in like photo*After first use and feeling like I was drunk nailing, I roughed up yhe face only to realize the whole head had a plastic coating on it. The plastic coating began to loosen and was eventually picked all away. The hammer swings nicely and is comfortable to use, but was misrepresented in picture. Wish I had taken a picture before I started using it.

Nice handle shape. Not used yet but feels nicely balanced. Differs substantially to the picture shown online. Head not polished, no etching on the head as to weight or maker. Painted head with brand painted in white. The head looks generic and although well shaped looks cheap. In fact the whole hammer looks cheap. Would I recommend it? Depends on what you are after. Probably a practical hammer for home use. The wood handle has some grain runout but that is likely because of its shape, unlike the usual straight handle. Is it worth the price? I don't think so. But I do like the handle shape, which is hard to find in Australia.

Seened fine at first ( had a small chip in handle) but it is Crap do not buy. Pried lightly on it to pull a nail and wood snapped at base of hammer head. Had it for 2 weeks fml.

Love this hammer. Well made, balanced, comfortable to swing. Been using it as a trim hammer driving 8’s, 6’s and 4’s while installing door jams, casings and baseboard. The tempering on the claws could be harder, but for the price? This is an incredible value in a hammer. I own at least thirty hammers, and obviously different hammers for different jobs, but this is the one I’m using currently, and I’m actually enjoying using it. I’m actually trimming with it instead of using the nail guns. :)

Good hammer, nice handle, but need more quality control. 3 stars because claws quality was botched. Looks like someone got carried way with grinder cleaning up rough edges and in result one of claws is shorter then the other.Update: got it replaced.

professional trim carpenter here - i had been looking around for a quality hammer for the past couple of months now and came across the Dalluge brand on some carpentry forums. after doing some research i decided i would give it a try and i'm very happy i did. this is the perfect hammer for trim/finish work. the longer curved handle provides excellent grip while giving a great, perfectly balanced feel to the hammer. the straight claw and smooth face are also nice, and the claw can grab about any size nail you could find. the 16oz model gives just the right amount of weight for trim work, not too light for beating in lots of drywall around doors and windows, and not too heavy to be swinging it all day. made very well, i love this hammer!
