This set is for ISO metric sizes. This is a problem because one would like to have a tool that also gives bubble flares on SAE sizes. It would be such a simple thing to add inch fraction tubing sizes to the tube holder part; especially since the flare die works fine on an SAE clamp.The flaring is good and is very useful when clamping hoses over the end of a tube.The yoke handle falls out of the device. It is both a good idea and a bad idea. It would have been a great idea of the end of the yoke screw had been a hex shape so as to be able to operate it with a socket and driver. The flaring would have been much easier with that arrangement.Also, the case closure clips are cheap and not likely to hold up very long.

Would not make consistent flares. Might have worked better if I modified the casting but I did not buy it so I could fix someone else's mistakes.

Needed this kit to make bubble flares for a 1970 VW. Makes perfect flares.

Would work better with instructions you have to guess at the amount to leave out of the clamp.maybe you use the bubble former as a gauge like in double flares. Again, instructions wound be nice. I was lucky to guess it close enough the first time.
