This was super easy to install. I had my repairs done in under ten minutes. When I emailed customer service, I had an answering email in less than 24 hours. They gave me the part number and told me that amazon had it.Let me state that the need for repair was TOTALLY me fault. I would gladly purchase this awning again and plan to do so when I build the next project.
