Worked amazing! I used them on my work shoes that were nasty and it cleaned to near perfection! I appreciate the design and quality and will definitely continue to use when shoe washing.

They are good for keeping shoes separately from the rest of the washing machine load, but they can take a lot of space: These bags are huge! and if you use two of them as suggested you may end up using a single load just for the shoes. The good thing is that you can put two shoes into one bag, if the shoes are not too bigDo these bag do their job? Absolutely. Are they a necessity? Maybe. I'm still not convinced they make a big difference as opposed to not using them, but I'll keep trying

These sure look funny- but my sneaks went thru the wash cycle safely and got clean. Make sure the zipper "tab" goes entirely under the elastic "zipper keeper"- those bands keep the zipper tab from wiggling like an oar in the water, pulling the zipper open so the delicate item could slither out to get "beat up" in the wash. One bag per shoe, and I laid the sneaks out to airdry after, as hot mechanical dryer air can dry out, crack & ruin rubber, plastics and stretchy fabrics (as found on undies & bras). A good buy.

I had some red mud on a pair of shoes and couldn't get it off with spot cleaning. It never occurred to me to try to actually put them in the washing machine. I didn't even know they made special shoe bags for the washing machine! Then this popped up for me and I thought I'd give it a try. Other reviews talked about how their shoes came out looking "like new." Well THAT didn't happen. But they do look better and it seems that the bag protected the shoes from getting too mangled in the washer and dryer. You can see the before and after in the pictures. There was a little bit of yellow lint on one of the shoes when they came out, but it brushed right off.You get two bags in this set. A pair of shoes will fit in a bag. I don't think you'd want to wash two pairs at the same time, but having a backup bag is nice. I will use this again, although washing shoes isn't something I'll probably do often. This review is for the VELLE Shoe Washing Machine Bag, (2 Kit Yellow) Laundry Shoe Bags for Washer and Dryer, Reusable Shoe Washing Bag for Most Shoe Types and SizesFrom the VELLE StoreOkay, so these Shoe Washing Machine Bags, which are a set of two, arrived just recently and I had a load of laundry to do and a pair of medium dirty shoes I wanted to try in these bags.The bags themselves do seem high quality; I think they will last for quite a few washings. I put one shoe in each bag and left the laundry door open (nervous I might here banging from the machine on the spin cycle) but no such banging!The shoes came out much cleaner so at least for the first try, I'm very happy with these. Also to note, on both sides of the bag where the color is light blue, its made of a kind of mesh material which allows easy flow through of water, which is a great design. Further, the inside of the bag is designed in such a way that it scrubs your shoes softly during the wash.No hesitation in giving 5 stars. These bags help get your shoes cleaner, and I think its probably safer and easier on your washing machine vs. just putting the shoes straight into the machine.

I’ve been washing my cloth white sneakers super often (before it was never). Great invention. Sometimes there’s a bit of a yellow residue left on the soles - but overall it feels great to be in clean shoes.

Used this product twice! First time the shoes came out pretty clean and didn’t hear loud bang compared when they are thrown with out using the product. The second thing a different pair of shoes did not come out as clean as the first pair but it could be of the different toe of material.
