Our home came with this range from Verona. And to be fair, when I first saw it (and its claim about being made in Italy), I was excited to try it out. Neither my realtor nor my home inspector had heard of the brand, but I didn’t read too much into that. But after having it for just a few years now, it’s the worst range either of us has ever owned (including ones in basic apartments). The list of “can’t do”’s on this range is wild: you can’t set a specific temperature for the oven (it gives you a knob with a giant gap between numbers and you just have to estimate), which is only worsened by its inability to tell you that the oven is preheated. That’s right, a 36” range that looks the part can’t even tell you the oven is ready for baking. The gas burners are awful and often take multiple tries to light (wasting gas), and we’ve experienced many times where the “simmer” level on a burner just goes out midway through cooking a sauce (they’ll say it’s a safety feature but I’ve never had a gas range go out as often as this one). Google for a Verona simmer plate—it’s an awful accessory that you have to put on top of a burner just to get it to truly simmer (and it doesn’t look like any other major manufacturer sells that because their range likely just simmers without a big fuss). The oven doesn’t have any self cleaning function, another pretty glaring miss. The symbols on the oven functions are not intuitive at all (just let someone try to guess which each symbol is—you’ll quickly realize you practically need a reference guide out). Even the digital display is awful and barely useful except as a clock (PS: the clock lags and therefore occasionally needs to be reset even when the power doesn’t go out). I gave it 2 stars because it looks nice and because the convection oven doesn’t suck besides the fact that you have no clue what temperature it is or whether it’s actually done preheating. And it’s cheaper than almost every other 36” dual fuel range—which is almost certainly why our home builder chose it despite using KitchenAid for the fridge and dishwasher.Extra fun bonus: almost no appliance repair/service company works on this brand, so when we had something not working with the burner, we had to call the 1 appliance repair shop in the whole metro area just to get info. So enjoyable.Just don’t buy this. You will absolutely regret it.

We have had this range for about 2 months and are very pleased with it. It has more features than we know what to do with, but the instruction manual does a good job helping us decide which baking mode is correct. You do have to hold the lighting function on the burners for a bit of extra time for them to stay lit, but that is a design feature of the range to shut off the gas supply if the flame on a burner goes out for any reason. We like the look of the range very much and it cleans up quite easily. The best part of this purchase though is Executive Appliance. Robert contacted me directly after our purchase to confirm all the shipping details and to let us know about rebates associated with our purchase. He has provided us with service you would not expect when buying through an on-line platform and even provided us with a direct contact number should we need any help or have any issues.. If you are looking at appliances and have the opportunity to buy from Executive I believe you will be happy as well.

I bought this brand of stove and a model VERY similar to this one. ITS COMPLETE TRASH. The thermal couple broke inside 14 months. The biggest let down is the oven. It takes forever to heat up and never gets above 450 (even tho the knob goes to 480). It has no self cleaning an no built in thermostat. The digital display is a complete joke and barely tells time. I cannot stress how disappointed this thing is. I'm just saying, for the money, STAY AWAY!

Just got around to installing the Verona 36" Dual-fuel range because of construction delay. This unit is gorgeous. There was a small part (range vent on top) that was damaged in shipping but didn't find out until last Tuesday. I notified Robert at Executive Appliances and he had a replacement at my door by Wednesday. No questions asked. I highly recommend both the Verona brand and Executive Appliances for the great follow up attention. Thanks again.
