The PCI slots were to far from the back case, so could not get it to fit the MSI PRO Z790-A MAX WIFI ATX LGA1700 Motherboard.

I needed this adapter for an older PC with older windows version for which drivers are required. The instruction "manual" (poorly written piece of paper) contains a download link from google drive, which is a) impossible to write correctly in the browser, and, most importantly b) BROKEN. I am putting thee stars just because I was finally able to dig out the drivers from some strange location (not related to the producing company or chipset vendors).Be aware!
