I put this in my RV to hang a video projector under my upper cabinets. It is hard to adjust and keep aligned. The adjusting screw for the up/down alignment keeps coming loose and it is difficult to adjust the ball alignment due to the screw sandwiched in between the cabinet and the projector. I have not driven the RV yet, but I would predict the projector will probably be laying on the floor once I get to my destination. Trying the articulated bracket next.

Thin metal and the ball and cup have a lot of play. I wouldn't trust it with anything too heavy but I am using it for a budget/lightweight projector in a van that comes down while on the move so it works for what it is and the price. Definitely not high quality but not priced as such either.Just updating as today I tightened the grub screw on the cap for the ball and it went straight through the metal. Fairly junk part. Projector is very lightweight (VF320) and it struggles to keep it angled, have noticed it creeping more.

Such a strong and powerful mount. Would buy again if I needed such a strong and burly mount. Woot woot.

So far very easy to use. Used it a few time to mount my GoPro on my wooden fence. I actually wish I had two of these to make a nice time lapse with the remote slider I have. Maybe I’ll get a second one. I think this is worth having around if you are into videography. You do need a screw gun it’s not a clamp so it might not be useful for someone that does not carry tools with them. I love the quality. It looks great. Great for the price point for me. I also think you could attach mics to it. Anything with a camera screw mount i guess.

I like how many holes there were for mounting. This mount fit my projector, the OWNKNEW brand. I drilled holes in my metal garage door opener and mounted it with small screws. When the projector arrived in the mail was happy to find that the mount worked.I was a little worried about how strong the ball part of the mount will stay over time. But it’s working great for now. A good price.

This bracket was suggested by the retailer from whom I purchased the Hisense C2 Ultra lifestyle projector. In looking at the description for the bracket, I was hesitant to purchase it. It indicates that it will hold about 8 lbs. but my projector is listed at 13.9 lbs. Since it was not expensive, I took the chance and bought it anyway. I am glad I did. It holds my projector just fine. I used it to mount the projector on the ceiling in my home theater. I pulled on the mount with the projector attached, and it did not budge. It will hold my projector for as long as I need.
