The first two times I used this item everything worked out pretty well. I went out today to do a final leaf cleaning of my backyard & the wire snapped making the leaf collector unusable and is now in the trash container. The send back time is past so I'm just out the $33. If I were you I would pass on this product.

My house is surrounded by mature trees (mostly oak) and when I say surrounded, the trees are within a few feet. So every fall, the leaf clean up is monumental. There is no easy way to handle, but this large collector disk at least makes the manual labor bearable. You simply pile the leaves on top and carry them to whatever destination you have in mind. Very utilitarian.

I’ve used this for a few months and can no longer imagine cleaning the yard without it. I can fill a bag in less than 5 minutes. Works well to funnel scoops into the bag in a can. I’ve found I prefer to slip the bag right onto the curled scoop, lay it on the ground and rake the mess straight into the bag. Tip it upright, slide out the scoop and tie. One bag done that easy.It’s resting state is flat, so easy to store behind shelving, instantly ready for next use.Will definitely purchase again IF I wear this out.

When it comes to removing yard waste, this little tool is the best! I had used a similar product for over a decade before it wore out, and this replacement seems to be made of a stronger material than my last one. I love that this one bends into a much smaller sized product and has a case for storing it. Makes raking leaves and pine straw so much easier to dump in our yard waste container.

OMG, I love this leaf collector tool so much. What normally takes me hours to have to rake leaves into a pile and then having to manually collect them into a garbage bag is now just 30 minutes to complete. Coupled with the Artigarden Garden Trash Bag Holder, raking leaves is as simple as sweeping the floor and dump the leaves into the garbage bag in no times flat. I should have gotten this a long time ago, so glad I made the investment. I don't dread raking the leaves anymore with this tool because it's a cinch!

Used it today for the first time. Filled up 24 large trash cans in under 90 minutes. Takes a bit to get a rhythm but it does speed up the process and my back is thanking me too.Folding it back up is tricky. AND, once you get it folded back up, be careful. It can pop back open easily if you don’t have a good hand on it. You can use the tie to keep it closed, but I don’t trust that. Keep a good hold of it until you get the bag zipped up.How to fold it:1. bend it like a taco2. Twist it into a figure 83. Fold the 8 into to circles.4. Repeat the first three steps with the smaller circles (2).5. Keep a good hold of it until zipped up!

Great garden helper to have around. I just laid it on the ground, raked the yard waste onto it, folded it like a taco, and emptied it into the paper yard waste bags. I like that it can be folded for storage. Made with what seems to be durable nylon-type fabric. Light weight.
