Terrible customer service and a terrible product. Product showed up in in a random box that was held together by tape. Took the machine out of the box. 2nd was plugged in and turned on and did nothing but grind and bang like there was parts inside just not put together. Contacted seller about returning item, took them two days to issue the return information and slip. They do not pay for the return shipping, and considering the item weighs over 100 pounds it costs over $250 to return the item. Absolute worst thing you could ever buy with your money. go buy a knife if you want to cut your meat
