DO NOT BUY THIS! Came in damaged with broken accessories. I was told to contact Vevor for replacement parts. Every 3 days for over a month Veor said they were working on shipping my replacement parts. While awaiting my replacements, the warmer stopped working. I had two electricians look at it and both said it had a faulty connection to the heating element. Wires were melting and could've caught my store on fire. When I told Vevor about this, their reply was they lost my replacement parts during shipping and did not have them in stock and could not be replaced and to contact Amazon for a refund.

My first impression of the steamer is good for the spend. It's sturdy, stable and larger than expected. The thing that I don't like is the most is that I had to assemble the handle. That took me 45 minutes and it doesn't feel 100% secure. I had to remove a star. Since assembly took me so long, I will test it out tomorrow.

Very small unit, came late ,damaged, looks like someone used it before, only can fit 10 inch pizza in there. Very disappointed.

We got this to try and make steam buns and it was a success. I’ve never owned a steamer this size before. The price is reasonable and the quality is decent. Meaning the steel is fairly thin and if you’re not careful. you can bend or dent it. I suspect most of the other ones are about the same gauge if steel. Anyways there’s tons of room inside and as you can see in the photos I can put in a few Vietnamese style steam buns in it. For this type of cooking it makes it faster to cook a bunch at a time. No regrets, I just hope we use it a lot. I like the glass lid as it’s just nice to see things get cooked. When we got it. Some of the inserted where protected with a plastic sticker. That took some time to remove all of it carefully from the edge of the rollers steel. But no big deal. I bought a silicone insert to use with this too. So the food won’t stick.
