Excellent Manometer Test
In basic design with 0-60M Pa (0-600 bar/ 0-8000 psi) pressure gauge and 0.8L fuel measuring cup with a 5-micron original Bosch filter help to test the opening pressure of the injector and the valve accurately.
Compact Structure
The fuel pressure tester has a compact structure, a three-way stop valve guarded the safety, and convenient the connection, solid mounting base ensuring the balance, and 2/5" plunger hole providing the power.

High Configuration

Works as described. Checked old injectors and tested after rebuild. Very heavy build. Only improvement would be more robust adapter tubes. Had to be really careful when tightening adapter connections. Recommend using a backing wrench on injector body to keep from stressing tube.

Bought to test my 2003 Vw Jetta tdi injectors and it works. Found a bad one and replaced it. And tested it and it did its job. Worth the buy.

Es funktioniert wie erwartet. Bisher ist alles dicht und trocken. Ich habe nur die Anschlussleitung verlängert, um mit der Düse in den Behälter zu kommen.

It's hard to beat the price on this item, but...sadly it seems most folks that buy them have to "rework", "modify", or "repair" them right out of the box. Mine was no different, at least the reservoir arrived intact. Unfortunately, one of the injector adapter pipes was swaged together with an extra...yes, 3 total ferrules. this makes one of the hex flare nuts unusable. Its also unfortunately the adapter tube that i need for my injectors. I could send it back, but based on the reviews, i might end up with another one with a broken reservoir. I'll keep it, and just cut the extra ferrule off with my dremel.Other issues: description in the ad says body is cast iron, and right next to that, it also says aluminum. The one i got is definitely cast iron. The brand says Mophorn, but huge sticker on the back of the gauge says Vevor...go figure..Update: Make sure you flush this unit before use. Mine was filthy inside. I ended up disassembling it completely to clean all the flow paths. Last thing you want is to pump a bunch of dirt into new injector nozzles. It took a bit of tweaking to get it re-sealed, but it seems to work OK. Still only 3 stars though. You shouldn't have to put this much effort into a brand new tool.

This tester works exactly as it should, however it recently started leaking at the pressure knob on the side. I had read other reviews about leaks but it came with an extra O-ring which should have been a heads up. The problem is that there is no repair information anywhere for it. I don't mind fixing a leak but the two fittings I was able to remove revealed nothing replaceable. I will try to contact the company that sold it on Amazon.

I used this to test and calibrate 6.5 diesel injectors. No issues worked great. The fuel shop wanted $150-200 just to test them never mind calibrating then too. I did all of them plus more for less than their cost. Hey one today. You can’t go wrong!!

No apparent quality control. First one leaked from the pump body threaded adapter. Requested replacement, when it arrived it had the same issue and the gauge wouldn't read above 2100psi.

Got this tester, although it leaks some fuel what do you expect for the price, i have built popped/ shimmed 3 sets of 12v cummins injectors so far and they all work Great. (If your looking for 12v pop pressure shims, DAP diesel or power driven diesel will sell them)
