This refrigerated prep table is made entirely of corrosion-resistant stainless steel. The open shelving includes 18 pans for placing various ingredients, and it maintains an internal temperature of 33-41°F / 2-8°C to keep your ingredients fresh.
Equipped with a high-quality compressor, this unit is energy-efficient while providing excellent cooling performance, ensuring stable refrigeration even during hot summer days.
Constructed with stainless steel, the body is durable and resistant to corrosion. The evaporator uses electrophoretic coating with anti-rust paint to protect the welds from corrosion and prevent refrigerant leakage.
The LED temperature control display allows for real-time monitoring and adjustment of the internal temperature, adjustable between 2-8°C / 33-41°F. The cabinet door automatically closes within a 75° angle without needing to be pushed, enhancing food preservation and energy efficiency.

So far, so good. We purchased this refrigerator for a foodtruck. This thing stays cold and is very roomy. What we really love is that there are locks on each refrigerator so that it won't come open while in route.Note, this refrigerator is very heavy approx 250lbs.Would recommend!
