This tub is suppose to be stainless steel it’s NOT the first time I used it started to rustNow everyday I have to towel dry it to keep it from rusting and the door doesn’t latch and it rattles back and forth I would NEVER BUY THIS TUB

Overall I liked the bathtub, basically for the price because compared to other sellers that are more expensive this bathtub gets the same work as others. The only concern is it needs to be well cleaned after every use because it tends to rust in the corners if you let water without draining after hours or days. The quality of the steel is medium, isn’t not tick. The electrical pedals are a big plus because helps to prevent back injured or pain.

We bought this item. We set it up according to instructions. We used it for the first time with a 50lb dog and the tub collapsed, the weld on the frame with the hydraulic motor failed. There was no water in the tub as it was draining, it should have held just fine. I'm not able to get it replaced, I have to buy another one and wait for this one to be picked up to return it before my refund.

Product was advertised as stainless steel and has started to rust, In less than six months. I wipe down the sink after every use. Note that this unit is used for private residential use only every two to three weeks. Manufacturer responded in a very poor manner. No follow up or compensation for the inferior product that they sold to me. I really like the function of the product, but for what I paid I can’t recommend it.
